In addition to a view of my radio shack, a second photo shows my place of employment--the Antenna Model Range at the U.S. Navy Lab in Point Loma (Formerly NEL, NOSC). The 48th-scale brass models are used to design HF shipboard antennas. Forty-eight times the normal full scale frequency is used for measurements; i.e. for 3870 KHz we would use 48 times or 185.760 MHz as the stimulus frequency.
